  • 1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Scoop the mixture into tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
