- 4 cups chicken broth

- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by chopping the chicken into bite-sized pieces and mincing the garlic.
- In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté chicken pieces until golden brown on all sides, about 5–7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in the orzo to coat it in juices.
- Pour in chicken broth and fresh lemon juice. Bring to a gentle boil and stir occasionally until orzo is al dente, about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and fold in chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
