- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions
- Slice chicken into thin strips and chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Mince garlic.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips; sauté until golden brown and cooked through (5-7 minutes).
- Add minced garlic and chopped vegetables to the skillet; stir-fry until tender-crisp (3-4 minutes).
- Meanwhile, boil water in another pot and cook lo mein noodles per package instructions; drain well.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and veggies; mix until everything is well coated.
- Add lo mein noodles to the skillet; gently toss to combine and heat through (2-3 minutes).
